Charity and Voluntary Sector Liaison Group

A liaison group has been set up with organisations representing the charity and voluntary sector. The purpose of the group is to provide strategic guidance on addressing the requirements of this sector.

The charity and voluntary sector liaison group members are:

• Association of Charitable Foundations
• Association of Charity Officers
• Sport and Recreation Alliance
• Charity Finance Directors Group
• The Churches Legislation Advisory Service
• The Institute of Fundraising
• National Council for Voluntary Organisations
• The Small Charities Coalition
• Help the Hospices
  

The Office for Civil Society and the Charity Commission also sit on the group as observers and to provide input as required.

The Department for Social Development in Northern Ireland and the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland are also included on correspondence. This group is actively shaping our decisions and will work with us throughout the course of the programme.
