In this section you will find all the Payments Council's published documents and publicly available resources, as well as information on how to propose an innovation to the Payments Council.

To ensure transparency the Payments Council publishes all the agendas and minutes from meetings of its Board.

When seeking to gauge opinion and feedback on issues, such as proposed innovations and the National Payments Plan, the Payments Council's will issue Consultation Papers and seek responses from all interested parties.

The Payments Council is joint sponsor with the BBA and BSA of the Industry Guidance that sits under the Banking Conduct of Business sourcebook (BCOBS). This is guidance directed at the industry for compliance with the FSA's rules. A copy of the Industry Guidance can be found under 'publications'.
