Research Consultant
Salary: circa £30,000
APACS (Administration) Limited (AAL) are seeking to recruit a self-motivated Research Consultant to assist them in work for the Payments Council and other payment industry groups providing research, analysis and commentary on the UK Payment Markets.
This is an exciting position. It involves working in a small close-knit team, and liaising with a wide range of contacts, inside and outside the financial sector, on issues that will shape the future development of payments in the UK. The role includes participation in, and management of, market research on the UK payment markets, analysis of historical data and production of forecasts, and communication of results through report writing and presentations.
The position requires excellent analytical and communcation skills. The successful candidate will need to be self-motivated and to have the potential to enhance AAL's reputation as the centre of excellence and knowledge on the UK payment markets. Experience in a consultancy, market analysis or allied role is required. Knowledge of the financial sector is desirable but not essential.
